Before you start. Do not include your name, address, phone number, email or the salesperson’s details. We do not ask for them and we do not want them. Submissions are self-reported and are not independently verified. Every submission is reviewed by a person before it is used, and we may remove or generalize any detail that could identify you or your home.
What happens to your submission
- It arrives as pending review. Nothing is published automatically.
- A person reads it, removes or generalizes anything that could identify you, and either approves or rejects it.
- Approved submissions may appear as an anonymized case study, or inside aggregated figures.
- We will not publish a median or any statistic until we have enough comparable submissions to make it meaningful, and we will always show the sample size and state plainly that the data is self-reported and not a representative national survey.
- We do not sell submissions, and we do not pass them to contractors or lead buyers.
What we store
The fields above, plus a one-way hash used only to stop the same visitor flooding the form. We do not store your IP address, your name or any contact details, because we never ask for them. See our privacy policy.
