Pella sells through two channels that matter to your quote: its own dealer network, and the Pella at Lowe’s program. Same product lines, different installers, different service, often different prices. Ask which one you are dealing with before comparing numbers.

Pella’s fiberglass line. The Limited Lifetime coverage applies to the Duracast material in rectangular products; special shapes are made from a fiberglass-resin material and carry a transferable 10-year term instead. The line most homeowners are quoted when they ask Pella for vinyl. Two things deserve attention before signing: the Limited Lifetime Warranty covers non-glass components for the original purchaser and converts to a transferable 10-year term when the house is sold, and the published energy figures depend entirely on which glass package is in your quote. Energy performance across the range
Pella states that 250 Series options meet or exceed ENERGY STAR certification in all 50 states. Certification follows the configuration, not the line, so the number that matters is the NFRC label on the unit you are quoted. Pella publishes certified performance tables per style in its Architectural Design Manual.
Warranty structure
Across Pella’s vinyl range the pattern is: lifetime coverage on non-glass components for the original purchaser in an owner-occupied single-family home, a separate 20-year term on the insulating glass unit, two years of labor coverage, and conversion to a transferable 10-year limited warranty on sale. Verify the current document at pella.com/warranty, because terms differ by product and date.
