Premium vinyl, lifetime terms, and two conditions that decide them
ProVia’s dealer-only premium vinyl. The unit and the insulated glass carry lifetime transferable terms, but only while the original purchaser lives in the home, and the transfer happens once, with notification.

UpgradeWorth has not physically tested this product. This review is based on ProVia’s product pages, its published warranty card, dealer documentation and publicly available information. Where a figure comes from a dealer rather than from ProVia, we say so.
Endure is ProVia’s premium vinyl line, sold only through dealers rather than retail, and built around a warranty that reads as lifetime until you get to two specific conditions. Those conditions are the most useful thing in this review.

Material and construction
SunShield vinyl in a fusion-welded frame and sash. ProVia states its vinyl meets or exceeds AAMA standards, and that Neopor graphite insulation is used in certain extrusion cavities of the frame and sash for additional thermal performance. Windows are custom built to the opening rather than sold in stock sizes.
Two things follow for a homeowner. Foam-filled extrusions are a real construction difference rather than a finish, and they are one of the few vinyl upgrades you cannot see once the window is in. And because every unit is made to size, lead time matters more here than with a stock line.
Glass
All Endure windows use the ComforTech glazing system with a Super Spacer edge, which ProVia says is IG certified so the seals will not leak. Options include five privacy glass styles, tinted glass and laminated glass.
One piece of honesty in ProVia’s own literature deserves credit: it states that quoted R-values reflect centre-of-glass data only and that actual values vary with the package chosen. Many manufacturers leave that unsaid.

Warranty, including the two conditions
From ProVia’s own warranty card covering Aeris, Endure and Aspect:
- Basic window or patio door unit: lifetime and transferable. The rigid vinyl and factory-applied wood components are warranted against chipping, cracking, peeling, pitting, blistering, warping and delamination.
- Insulated glass with Super Spacer: the same lifetime term against seal failure causing material obstruction of vision.
- Condition one: that lifetime runs for as long as the original purchaser owns and lives in the home. It is tied to occupancy, not just ownership.
- Condition two: the warranty transfers to one subsequent purchaser, and a reviewer of ProVia’s terms states the transfer must be notified within 30 days of the title changing hands. A missed deadline is how coverage gets lost in practice.
- Component terms from dealer material: 15 years on paint and stain finishes, lifetime on screens, 10 years on internal blinds and on garden, bay and bow windows, and one year on certain patio door handle finishes.
And a sentence from the document that belongs in every window review: ProVia states that dealers and distributors have no authority to give warranties on its behalf that differ from or exceed the printed terms. Whatever a salesperson promises in your living room, the printed card is the agreement.
Energy performance
ProVia offers ENERGY STAR certified configurations and dealers report Endure among ENERGY STAR Most Efficient designations. ProVia does not publish a single U-factor range for the line, because certification follows the glass package. Compare the NFRC label on the exact unit quoted, and check ENERGY STAR certification for your climate zone.
Installation considerations
Endure is sold exclusively through ProVia dealers and professional installers, not through retail. That has two consequences. You cannot price-shop the same unit at a big-box store, so quotes are harder to compare like for like; and the installer is part of the product, since ProVia’s warranty explicitly excludes what the installer does.
Ask which company physically installs, what its own labour warranty covers and for how long, and whether the quote is insert or full-frame. That last question moves the price more than the product choice does: see insert vs. full-frame.

A homeowner planning to move within a few years should weigh the transfer conditions, and one who wants the slimmest frames or the longest published material life should price fiberglass instead.
